During the registration and account upgrade process, you can add an extra layer of security, for customers using the mobile app, by including a section where they have to complete a set of security questions.
The answers are encrypted and stored securely in the database to safeguard them from unauthorised access. Whenever additional authentication is required, customers are prompted with one of their chosen security questions. The answer they enter is compared with the stored answer in a secure manner.
Note that the following security question is maintained for backward compatibility.
