Override customer's notification preferences

You can decide which notifications will always be sent regardless of the customers' preferences in the mobile app.

  1. On the

    AMS

    menu, click Admin > Notifications > Notification Settings.

  2. On the Notification Settings page, locate the notification you want to update.

    Use the search fields at the top to narrow down the list displayed.


  3. Check that the notification is enabled. If not, enable it.

  4. In the Force Send column, click  iconDisable.png .

  5. Enter a reason for changing the notification setting, then click CONFIRM. The icon changes to a  iconEnable.png .
